Our Swedish Massage technique is used to relax the body and is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.
Acupuncture & Massage
$100 (60 minutes)
The combination of acupuncture and massage therapy is a highly powerful and healing treatment for the body.
It can assist with pain reduction, treating muscle spasms, sports injuries and works well to reduce stress and promote relaxation.
Massage works to mobilise the body's tissue, where acupuncture will work deeper to provide incredible conbined results.
Deep Tissue
$55 (30 minutes)
Deep tissue massage is working on the deep layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (protective layer surrounding muscle, bones and joints).
Sports Massage
$100 (60 minutes)
Sports massage is specifically tailored to different sports and sporting injuries. It is not a relaxing form of massage and can often be quite strenuous. It does, however, provide a relaxation sensation post-treatment. It works by stretching tight muscles, stimulating inactive muscles and improving the condition of the soft tissue.
