Ligament and Tendon Therapy (60mins)

Ligament and Tendon Therapy (LTT) is a dynamic neuromuscular therapy. It involves muscle flicking and focuses mostly on muscle tendon and ligaments. Jeff is training in 3 styles of LTT. He likes to mix, marry and match all 3 of these techniques in his bodywork.
